TFT Patch 13.2 PBE reveals a series of adjustments and reworks for a list of champions, Hero Augments and items.
Riot’s Teamfight Tactics team have deployed the upcoming Patch 13.2 changes on PBE servers, giving players a glimpse of the massive balance adjustments. Items receive major backend reworks, and more than a handful of champions become subjected to minor buffs and nerfs. The “backend” rework targets almost every TFT item, with a main focus on removing the bonus attack damage and ability power granted by each item.
Lulu, Lee Sin, Samira, Sejuani and more are targeted with adjustments that both include buffs, nerfs and minor ability changes. This article contains the potential 13.2 balance changes, which are now available for testing on PBE servers.
TFT Patch 13.2 PBE Champion Changes
Ashe
Damage from an Ability can critically strike.
Aurelion Sol
Meteor damage increased from 135/200/400 to 145/215/435
REWORK: An enemy cannot be frozen again for 4 seconds after being frozen.Stuns the enemy champion that has dealt the most damage this round for 2/2.25/2.5 seconds and deals 275/415/680
magic damage to them.
Stun: cannot move, attack, or cast Abilities
Zed: UPDATED: Zed will now become untargetable for a short amount of time. The champion teleports behind his target, Sunders 15/20/50 Armor for 6 seconds and enters KILL MODE for 7 seconds: Attacks deal 40/60/300 bonus physical damage and every 3rd attack deals 140/210/525 physical damage (125% Attack Damage + 40/60/300) to all adjacent enemies.
Janna: Stun damage changed from 1.5/2/10 seconds to 1.25/2/10 seconds.
Janna Spell Magic damage changed from 100/150/1000 to 50/75/1000 magic damage. The champion sends a twister towards the largest group of enemies. The twister expands when it reaches its destination, knocking all nearby enemies up in the air.
Lulu
Lulu Magic Bolt Damage: 260/390/580
Attack Damage: 75/113/169 increased to 80/120/180
Zoe
Bubble Damage increased from 375/550/925 to 390/585/975
Samira
Fire Bullet Physical Damage: 450/681/3029 nerfed to 430/
Fire Bullet Attack Damage: 430/651/
Urgot
Attack Damage: 80/120/180 changed to 70/105/158
TFT Patch 13.2 PBE Augment Changes
The Augment would no longer boost previous tiers by 200%.
ADMIN previous tier boost reduced from 200% to 100%.
Anima Squad
Anima Squad members pose after champion kills, increasing their fame. Each point of fame will now grant 5 permanent health instead of 6 permanent health to each Anima Squad member.
Gadgeteen
REWORK: Each round, Gadgeteens create random modified weapons with powerful effects that fall apart after one round. Gadgeteens also gain Damage and Damage Reduction for each item equipped to them.

(5) Create 2 items, 7% per item.
LaserCorps
REWORKED: When a LaserCorp agent attacks or is hit by an attack, their combat drone has deals magic damage to the agent’s target (0.40 second cooldown). When a LaserCorp agent dies, their drone is reassigned to the nearest living agent.
Drone lasers now deal:

(7) 80 magic damage
(9) 100 magic damage, and each agent gets a 2nd drone
Ox Force
TOOLTIP UPDATED: Ox Force units gain a range of Attack Speed that ramps as they lose Health. Once per combat they would no longer become invincible right away, they instead would go to one health and become immune to damage for 1 second.
(2) Once per combat at 50% Health, spawn a target dummy, move to a safe location, and restore 150 Health.
(3) And, Prankster dummies stun the enemy that killed them for 1.50 seconds.

At the start of combat and every 5 seconds, the next attack instead fires a magic orb at a random target, which explodes for 50% Ability Power as magic damage. This would no longer happen “at the start of combat”, instead, Spellslinger would fire every 5 seconds.
Underground: UPDATED: The Underground must sneak through the sewers and crack 10 locks to open a vault. When the vault opens, you may choose to take the loot now, or attempt another heist for even better rewards.

Janna: Janna no longer gains 15 Mana per enemy hit. Instead, Riot has deployed a rework that allows her to now gain 50 Ability power and her ability now gains True Damage.
TFT Patch 13.2 PBE Hero Augment Changes
The upcoming TFT patch will deploy reworks for a list of Hero Augments, including Jinx and Janna. Several carry and support augments receive a considerable amount of buffs as Riot looks to adjust the new Set 8 meta.
Jinx (Get Excited!)
REWORK: Jinx gains 40% Attack Speed and Move speed in the beginning. Players no longer have to score a takedown to gain attack speed or move speed. On the other hand, the new rework triples this upon scoring a takedown for a span of 7 seconds.
Syndra (Empowered Reserves)
When you field Syndra, your team will now gain 5 Ability Power instead per champion on your bench instead of 6 Ability Power.
Sett (Regenerative Shields)
Players no longer gain Locket of the Iron Solari. Instead players gain Protector’s Vow. After your team’s shields break, Sett recharges them at 40% strength for 3 seconds.
Miss Fortune (Make It Rain)
CHANGED: Gain a Miss Fortune. After every 3 player combats fielded, she drops 10-20 gold (based on current Stage), instead of dropping a fixed amount if 20 gold.
If your bench is full at the end of a round, gain 3 experience points. Plauers will now also gain 2 random Tier 1 champions.
Cruel Pact
Buying XP costs 6 Health instead of gold. Heal 2 Health each round instead of 3 Health.
Underground Soul
Player no longer gains a Hextech Gunblade. Instead, the player gains a Zz’Rot Portal and an Ezreal. Your team counts as having 1 additional Underground.
Janna
Janna no longer restores 15 Mana per hit. Instead, the champion gains 50 Ability Power and her ability does True Damage.

When Does TFT Patch 13.2 Release?
TFT Patch 13.2 is slated to arrive on live servers later this month on Wednesday, January 27. Players can experience these changes on PBE (Public Beta Environment) servers. TFT Fans do have note that the planned 13.2 changes are subject to change and are not final. As Riot gathers player feedback on PBE testing, we expect to see more balance changes and updates until the patch is locked in for a global release.
