Yuji Naka, the original creator of Sonic the Hedgehog, has just released a brand new mobile game.

Also known as Shot2048, the game is described as a “hypercasual game” by Naka, where players simply fire polyhedrons with numbers on them into similarly numbered polyhedrons in an attempt to reach the score 2048.

What makes the new game very special is that it was developed entirely by Naka himself, independently.

He also adds that this is his first-ever game developed for mobile.

Shot2048 is now available for download on both the iOS AppStore and Android PlayStore.
