Honkai Star Rail Presents: Silver Wolf

If you’ve played Honkai Star Rail you probably remember Silver Wolf from the intro section with Kafka. Some of you might even remember her as Haxxor Bunny Bronya from Honkai Impact 3rd. Now the nonchalant Stellaron Hunter is able to join the crew of the Astral Express.

And you’re in luck, Silver Wolf is part of the new “Contract Zero” Warp Banner Event. So if you want to make her part of your team, you should not miss out on it. The event will end on June 27th depending on the timezone of your server, so you should have enough time to farm some Stellar Jade to obtain your very own Silver Wolf.

She is a must-have for any team. Her ability to put debuffs on just about anyone by just existing and her Ultimate Skill does not only deal massive damage but can also reduce an enemy’s defenses by up to 50%! And here is how you can build her to be her best self!

Abilities

• System Warning (Basic Attack)
  • Deals Quantum DMG equal to 50% – 130% of Silver Wolf’s ATK to a single enemy.
• Allow Changes? (Skill)
  • There is a 75% – 90% base chance to add 1 Weakness of an on-field ally’s Type to the target enemy. This also reduces the enemy’s DMG RES to that Weakness Type by 20% for 2 turn(s). If the enemy already has that Type Weakness, the effect of DMG RES reduction to that Weakness Type will not be triggered.
    Each enemy can only have 1 Weakness implanted by Silver Wolf. When Silver Wolf implants another Weakness to the target, only the most recent implanted Weakness will be kept.
    In addition, there is a 100% base chance to reduce the All-Type RES of the enemy further by 7.5% – 11.25% for 2 turn(s).
    Deals Quantum DMG equal to 98% – 245%% of Silver Wolf’s ATK to this enemy.
• User Banned (Ultimate)
  • There’s a 85% – 107% base chance to decrease the target enemy’s DEF by 36% – 49.5% for 3 turn(s). And at the same time, deals Quantum DMG equal to 228% – 456% of Silver Wolf’s ATK to the target enemy.
• Awaiting System Response… (Talent)
  • Silver Wolf can create three types of Bugs: reduce ATK by 5% – 12.5%, reduce DEF by 4% – 10%, and reduce SPD by 3% – 7.5%.
    Every time Silver Wolf attacks, she has a 60% – 78% base chance to implant a random Bug that lasts for 3 turn(s) in the enemy target.
• Force Quit Program (Technique)
  • Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering battle, deals Quantum DMG equal to 80% of Silver Wolf’s ATK to all enemies, and ignores Weakness Types and reduces Toughness from all enemies. Enemies with their Weakness Broken in this way will trigger the Quantum Weakness Break effect.

Best Build Light Cones

Incessant Rain (5-Star)

Increases the wearer’s Effect Hit Rate by 24/28/32/36/40%. When the wearer deals DMG to an enemy that currently has 3 or more debuffs, increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 12/14/16/18/20%. After the wearer uses their Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, there is a 100% base chance to implant Aether Code on a random hit target that does not yet have it. Targets with Aether Code receive 12/14/16/18/20% increased DMG for 1 turn.

In the Name of the World (5-Star)

Increases the wearer’s DMG to debuffed enemies by 24/28/32/36/40%. When the wearer uses their Skill, the Effect Hit Rate for this attack increases by 18/21/24/27/30%, and ATK increases by 24/28/32/36/40%.

Before the Tutorial Mission Starts (4-Star)

Increases the wearer’s Effect Hit Rate by 20/25/30/35/40%. When the wearer attacks DEF-reduced enemies, regenerates 4/5/6/7/8 Energy.

Good Night and Sleep Well (4-Star)

For every debuff the target enemy has, the DMG dealt by the wearer increases by 12/15/18/21/24%, stacking up to 3 time(s). This effect also applies to DoT.

Resolution Shines as Peals Sweat (4-Star)

When the wearer hits an enemy and if the hit enemy is not already Ensnared, then there is a 60/70/80/90/100% base chance to Ensnare the hit enemy. Ensnared enemies’ DEF decreases by 12/13/14/15/16% for 1 turn(s).

We Will Meet Again (4-Star)

After the wearer uses Basic ATK or Skill, deals Additional DMG equal to 48/60/72/84/96% of the wearer’s ATK to a random enemy that has been attacked.

Best Build Relicts

Musketeer of the Wild Wheat (Artifact)

2-Pc: ATK increases by 12%.

4-Pc: The wearer’sSPD increases by 6% and Basic ATK DMG increases by 10%.

Genius of Brilliant Stars (Artifact)

2-Pc: Increases Quantum DMG by 10%.

4-Pc: When the wearer deals DMC to the target enemy, ignores 10 DEF. if the target enemy has Quantum Weakness, the wearer additionally ignores 10% DEF.

Sprightly Vonwacq (Ornament)

2-Pc: Increases the wearer’s Energy Regeneration Rate by 5%. When the wearer’s SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer’s action is Advanced Forward by 40% immediately upon entering battle.

Pan-Galactic Commercial Enterprise (Ornament)

2-Pc: Increases the wearer’s Effect Hit Rate by 10%. Meanwhile, the wearer’s ATK increases by an amount that is equal to 25% of the current Effect Hit Rate, up to a maximum of 25%.

When it comes to Main Stats you want Effect Hit Rate% on the chest piece, Energy Regen or ATK% on the Link Rope, Speed on the boots and Quantum Dmg Boost on the Planar Sphere.

When it comes to Sub Stats you want to prioritize them as follows: Effect Hit Rate > CRIT > ATK%.

Teammates

Generally, Silver Wolf makes a great addition to any team. Being part of the Nihility class of characters, her main deal is to debuff enemies to give the rest of her team an advantage.

To use her to her fullest potential, you should try and pair her up with damage dealers and or another Nihility character or a member of the Harmony class.

As for DPS, Yanqing and Seele and Sushang can serve as great follow-ups to Silver Wolf’s debuffs. And having Bronya, Tingyun, or Asta for additional buffs to capitalize even more from her skills.
