LCK Summer Week 7 2023 Betting Preview – Format and Schedule

Once again featuring the 10 franchised League of Legends Korea teams, the LCK Summer 2023 split is taking place between 7th June and 22nd August as outlined in our LCK betting guide.

Hosted offline at the Seoul LoL PARK in South Korea, the competing teams are fighting for prize and seeding. While the winner may directly seed to Worlds, teams are also hoping to qualify for the Regional Finals – a top event for League of Legends betting.

With regards to the format, there are two stages of competition:

  • Group Stage – 7th June to 6th August
  • Playoffs – 8th-22nd August

During the Group Stage, a double round robin features all the teams facing one another twice with BO3 matches. From here, only the top 6 will seed into the Playoffs.

Once in the Playoffs, a single elimination bracket with BO5 matches will conclude the regular season ahead of Worlds 2023, one of the top League of Legends tournaments 2023.

With the Group Stage ongoing, we’ve gathered some of the best esports betting opportunities for the upcoming matches:

21st July 2023

LCK Summer Week 7 2023 Betting Preview

Dplus KIA vs KT Rolster

In this battle for second and third place, Dplus KIA and KT Rolster are further apart than meets the eye. Moreover, KT Rolster are second with 11 wins, while Dplus only sit at 8 wins in the LCK Summer standings.

Naturally, the LoL odds sit in favour of KT Rolster. However, although Dplus KIA may be a few wins away from the second seed, they’re in a tight battle for third place with two other teams – a win here would be massive for them.

Overall, KT Rolster look to beat Dplus here also considering that KT Rolster took them down in their last match-up.

  • Predictions: Dplus KIA (0-2) KT Rolster
  • Odds: Dplus KIA Outright Win (2.47), KT Rolster Outright Win (1.52)
