Once again we are updating you with a list of some of the Hearthstone top decks in the Fractured in Alterac Valley expansion. After the world championship, the meta shifted quite a lot thanks to the few nerfs that flew out and finally removed the oppressive warlock decks from the ladder.
Poison Rogue
One thing we have to warn you about is that you will be seeing all kinds of rogue decks on the ladder, and the main reason behind that is due to the hero card Shadowcrafter Scabbs that got released with the latest expansion. It essentially allows Rogue to survive an additional turn, gain some armor, maybe mill some cards, and shave 2 mana from the first card played each turn.
By using all of that survival potential with Shadowcrafter Scabbs in combination with Cloak of Shadows, the Rogue can essentially stall the game and slowly chip at the enemy health with Swinetusk Shank and various poisons that buff it. Then, they can finally close the game with a guild trader combo with spells that would be enough for lethal. This deck is a bit tricky to pilot but very powerful.

Questline Guff Druid
We can once again see the power of hero cards, as Wildheart Guff allows the Druid to pull off some crazy ramping. There are quite a lot of variants on this deck, and while the world of Hearthstone esports will definitely utilize all variations to counter certain decks, the ladder will definitely use this variation the most.
When it comes to the strategy of this deck, there is not much to it besides playing cards to complete the quest and using Solar Eclipse appropriately to respond to your opponents cards by setting up a powerful board or closing out the game.

Freeze Evolve Shaman
It has been quite a while since Shaman could be considered one of the top hearthstone decks. Do not get us wrong, they had some powerful options last year, but this time they are much stronger.
In classic shaman fashion, this deck seeks to win by evolving your units or simply freezing out your opponent and hitting the enemy face for massive damage with Snowfall Guardian and Brilliant Macaw.

Face Hunter
That’s right, face Hunter is still around, and while a lot of people hate playing against it, one thing that is sure about this deck is that the games are very fast. While in the world of esports betting this deck is probably not going to work in your favor if you bet on it due to all the defensive options other classes received via the new expansion, for ladder climbing, this deck is fantastic.

Mozaki Mage
After the nerfs to the quest, Mage was considered to be quite a dead class in the world of competitive Hearthstone. However, it did not take too long for players to figure out that there is an even stronger deck out there, which might even be more consistent and oppressive than the Quest Mage.
The key to victory with this deck is to discount as many cards as you can and fill up your hand with cheap spells. Then, all you have to do is play Mozaki, Master Duelist and burn down your opponent in a single turn without them being able to respond…unless they are a Rogue or a Paladin…you are probably not winning against those.

Libram Paladin
If the fantasy of constantly buffing units out and playing big stuff is what you are looking for, then the Libram Paladin is the deck for you. With the introduction of Lightforged Cariel, Paladin got quite ahead of the curve when it comes to board control. Unless you are playing against a very lucky aggro deck or a OTK deck, the odds of you losing if you pilot this deck correctly are very small.
