A brief recap of what happened during the Dota 2 circuit matches in the NA region.

The second week has come to a close. We see some expected results from the NA region. Evil Geniuses and Quincy Crew share the top spot in the first division. 5RATFORCESTAFF and The Mystery Machine first in the second division. Let’s have a closer look at the second week of Dota 2 circuit matches.

Division I

Quincy Crew Vs 4 Zoomers

A high paced first match set the tone for these two fighting for a three-match series. It was only after 45 minutes that QC got a significant lead in the game. After establishing a stronghold, QC won the match 30-30 in well over an hour long battle.

4 Zoomers were quick to get a solid lead in the second match. With a handsome net worth on Lone Druid and Dawnbreaker, QC had very little space on the map. They lost most of the fights and eventually faced defeat. The scoreline was 14-36 in 45 minutes.

The last match had a much slower start compared to the previous ones. Although Zoomers were dominating the scoreline, the net worth advantage was clearly in favor of QC. They cleverly turned the gold advantage into more control at around 47 minutes into the match. The ending scoreline was 23-27 in 56 minutes.

TSM Vs simply TOOBASED

TSM took the lead in the early minutes of the first match. Although sT had kills in their bag, it was not significant enough to stop TSM’s progress. Climbing up the net worth ladder, TSM won the match 14-25 in 23 minutes.

The second match was no different. TSM dominated the game from start to finish, giving almost no space to sT.  As much as sT were poor, TSM were not making any mistakes and that helped them win the series. The score was 11-36 in 24 minutes.

The Cut Vs Team DogChamp

The first match saw both teams fighting for a substantial lead in the early game. After struggling through the fights, DogChamp couldn’t stay in the game after 20 minutes. Getting ahead in net worth, they won the match 15-46 in 39 minutes.

The Cut got a lead toward the conclusion of the laning stage in the second match. They converted the advantage to an Aegis, asserting more control over the game. Unable to come back, DogChamp lost 39-10 in 29 minutes.

Evil Geniuses Vs simply TOOBASED

EG destroyed in sT in the first match. It was completely one-sided and EG scored 25 kills against 4 of sT. The match was over in under 20 minutes. After a cruel defeat in the first game, sT couldn’t recover and lost the second game too. Unfortunately, it was as one-sided as the first one, with the score showing 26-4 in a 20-minute match.

Quincy Crew Vs Team DogChamp

The first match was close to level till the mid-game. However, DogChamp took the lead and played brilliantly to increase the gap between them and QC. The score was 31-56 in DogChamp’s favor.

The second match saw a solid comeback from QC who took over the game after 15 minutes into it. The score was 35-10 in 25 minutes.

The third match was also in QC’s bag after they took the Aegis and won fights around 20-30 minutes in the game. The ending scoreline was 28-11 in 33 minutes.

Division II

5ManMidas Vs KBU.US

5MM established an early lead in the match and worked their way to a win. The scoreline was 36-15 in 35 minutes. The second match saw KBU comeback strong with a victory. Although 5MM were not lagging, KBU played a lot better to own the mid to late timings. The score was 28-39 in 36 minutes. The third match saw both sides equal for 20 minutes. However, KBU took the lead first and won 21-39 in 40 minutes.

Arkosh Gaming Vs 5RATFORCESTAFF

The first match started with both teams engaging aggressively in the early minutes. Although Arkosh got the Aegis first in the match, 5RFS were ahead in net worth and won most fights. The score in the end was 17-31 in favor of 5RFS. The second match had a similar scenario where Arkosh didn’t back down to fight, but were trailing in net worth. 5RFS won the match with a 15-34 scoreline in 31 minutes.

Black N Yellow Vs felt

The first match had BNY on the back foot. Even though they were even on the scoreboard in the mid-game, felt had net worth advantage. They won the match and the score was 19-24 in 40 minutes. Although felt were aggressive in the laning stage of the second match, BNY responded well. However, felt eventually got the lead and won 20-39 in 36 minutes.
