Find out how to play Razor to get more kills using his ulti, Eye of The Storm in Dota 2.

The Dota 2 community is ecstatic over the events of the Battle Pass 2022. People from all over the world have been playing hundreds of Dota 2 matches to get more rewards in the massively multiplayer game.

The new year had a fascinating start, with many esports enthusiasts trying to improve their teamwork in Diretide matches in 2023. These games were part of the new seasonal game mode that was introduced to Dota 2 players with the Battle Pass 2022.

Players looking to push their limits in 2023 can start the new year by choosing Razor in Dota 2 games. Razor has been helping professional gamers win gaming competitions and skirmishes with his blazing fast attacks and, particularly, a frightening ulti. Here’s how you can enhance your gameplay while playing Razor in the game.

Razor – The Lightning Revenant obliterates heroes with Eye of The Storm

Razor is an Agility hero who can strip the attack damage of his enemies and pierce their armor in battles. He can farm fast in lanes and destroy waves of enemy creeps with his attacks. The Lightning Revenant is among the most reliable carry heroes in Dota 2.

The ranged hero gains 2.6 Agility per level and 2.8 Strength per level, making him more durable as you level up in the game. You can focus on getting items that increase the attack speed and attack damage of Razor to make him considerably stronger later in the game.

Razor can take the mid lane to level up faster in Dota 2. The Agility hero can reach level 6 in the mid lane and roam the map for easy kills early in the match. You can buy a Bottle to help you restore health and mana constantly while farming in the mid lane. Razor can store bounty and other runes in a Bottle to replenish charges using the item.

The Lightning Revenant can release an electric current that sweeps the ground around him to deal damage to his enemies using Plasma Field. Enemy units affected by Plasma Field are hit twice with the ability and take damage based on their distance from Razor.

Plasma Field deals up to 185 damage to all enemy units in a radius of 700 and will slow their movement speed by 40% for 1.5 seconds. It has a cooldown of 10 seconds and consumes 125 mana. You can increase the damage dealt by Plasma Field at level 10 through the Talent Tree.

Razor can cast Static Link on enemy units to steal their attack damage. Static Link is especially useful against carry heroes with high attack damage. The ranged hero can steal up to 22 attack damage per second for up to 8 seconds. Attack damage stolen from enemies can last for up to 18 seconds after casting Static Link. It has a cooldown of 25 seconds and requires 65 mana.

He has a projectile speed of 2000, letting the Agility hero cast his abilities like Plasma Field and Static Link within seconds to weaken his opponents. You’ll need to buy a few consumable items early in the game to provide adequate mana to cast these abilities during team fights.

Razor has a base movement speed of 280. You can increase his movement speed throughout the game by leveling up Storm Surge. The passive ability, Storm Surge, increases the movement speed of Razor by 24%.

His ulti, Eye of The Storm, can be used to pierce the armor of enemies to deal more damage to them. Eye of The Storm targets the enemy hero with the least health and strikes with bolts of lightning that deal up to 90 damage per hit. Lightning strikes from his ulti also reduces the armor of enemy heroes by 1 for every hit they take from Eye of The Storm.

The Agility hero can cast Eye of The Storm once every 60 seconds in the game. His ulti consumes 200 mana per cast. Lighting strikes from Razor’s ulti can pierce spell immunity. Eye of The Storm has a strike interval of 0.5 seconds and lasts for up to 30 seconds. It has a radius of 500, allowing his ulti to search for enemy heroes around him to deal damage during team fights.
