Learn how to destroy enemy towers using Phantasm while playing Chaos Knight in Dota 2.

Millions of people are starting the new year with hours of gameplay that involves their most beloved Dota 2 heroes. You can party with your friends and challenge competitors online to defeat them in exciting Dota 2 matches in 2023.

You can choose from dozens of Strength, Agility, and Intelligence heroes to battle each other in the massively multiplayer game. Strength heroes are durable characters who can take a considerable amount of damage from enemy creeps, heroes, and towers.

Here’s a deep dive into how you can destroy enemy towers using Phantasm with Chaos Knight.

Chaos Knight – Destroy Towers with Phantasm

Chaos Knight is a feared Strength hero in Dota 2. The melee hero has a tendency to become an outrageously mighty character who can tear down enemy structures and dish out debilitating amounts of damage to enemy heroes in battles.

He is a carry hero capable of winning hundreds of Dota 2 games with ease. Chaos Knight can strike his enemies with attacks that deal critical damage. The melee hero can use his abilities to regain a portion of his health with each attack.

His ulti, Phantasm, makes Chaos Knight a threat to enemy heroes during team fights. You can create multiple illusions of Chaos Knight with Phantasm to push lanes, kill ancient neutral creeps, destroy towers, and decimate enemy heroes in Dota 2.

Chaos Knight can summon up to 3 illusions with his ulti. Images of Chaos Knight created by Phantasm can last for up to 30 seconds. These illusions deal 100% of the attack damage of Chaos Knight and take up to 325% damage from incoming attacks. Phantasm has a cooldown of 75 seconds and consumes 175 mana in the game.

You can use Phantasm often in Dota 2 matches to defend your towers against enemy heroes. Chaos Knight can create illusions of himself at will to guard his allies from enemy attacks and prevent enemy heroes from taking down towers. You can extend the duration of the illusions summoned by Phantasm at level 25 through the Talent Tree.

Many people use Phantasm to dodge magical spells. Chaos Knight can easily evade magical spells that are targeted at him by splitting into multiple illusions using Phantasm. He can activate his ulti to avoid being hit by abilities like Magic Missile, Sacred Arrow, and Meat Hook.

People who choose Chaos Knight can start the game by moving toward the off lane. Chaos Knight can farm gold by taking last hits in the off lane while allies focus on denying creeps and punishing enemy heroes from a safe distance. Players can get to level 6 before the first 10 minutes of the game to have a better chance of destroying towers.

Chaos Knight can only create one illusion of himself at level 6. You can stay behind your tower to gain bonus armor while farming for gold in the off lane. Make sure you don’t get hit by the enemy tower while using Phantasm to avoid losing health. Enemy heroes can distract Chaos Knight and his illusions while destroying enemy towers in the game.

The Strength hero gains 3.2 Strength per level. You can purchase items like Ring of Health and Vitality Booster to increase the durability of Chaos Knight in battles. These items can be bought from the Secret Shop that is closer to the off lane. Early game items, such as, Magic Wand and Bracer can also be used to provide bonus health to Chaos Knight in Dota 2 matches.
