The tactical RPG series Fire Emblem is returning early next year on the Switch with the new game Fire Emblem Engage.

In the lead-up to its release, Intelligent Systems and Nintendo have been slowly sharing more footage and information about the characters and gameplay on offer. The latest round of details have been about the new character Framme – Cramme’s younger twin sister.

Here’s the translation (via the Fire Emblem fan website Serenes Forest), including a look at her in battle:

“Framme (Sayaka Senbongi) is a 33rd generation Dragon Guardian, protecting the Divine Dragon at the Land of Lythos. She’s Cramme’s younger twin sister and more determined and lively compared to her brother.”

And here’s Cramme’s profile, in case you haven’t already seen it (thanks again, Serenes Forest):

Cramme (Kōhei Amasaki) is a 33rd generation Dragon Guardian, protecting the Divine Dragon at the Land of Lythos, alongside Vander. He is Framme’s older twin brother and was by Alear’s side when they awoke. A gentle priest who serves–and is also a fan of–Alear.”

These characters follow on from the reveal of a high-ranking knight/paladin named Vander and the game’s protagonist Alear. Marth and Celica are returning, too. You can learn a bit more about these other characters in our previous coverage here on Nintendo Life:
