The latest Japanese physical video game software and hardware charts have come through from sales tracker Famitsu for the week of 23rd January, 2023 to 29th January, 2022. Last week’s No.1 Fire Emblem Engage has slipped down to No.4 in the software charts this week and has been replaced at No.1 by Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life, which is a remake for the classic Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life. Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is scheduled to release this summer here in the west. Sony’s PlayStation 5 console has outsold the Switch this week, shifting an additional 62,908 units.
