Female CSGO Players

Female CSGO has been on an upwards swing in recent years. So, in this article, we’ll look at some of the most popular Female CSGO Players in the world right now.

The fact that CSGO is one of the most popular shooters in the world means it has hundreds of thousands of fans worldwide. While it is true that most of them are male, there are also tons of female players. Some of them only play for fun, whereas others are a part of the competitive scene.

Even though some of the names you are about to see in this article are very popular among CSGO fans, some people haven’t heard of them before. This probably doesn’t come as a surprise because the female CSGO scene is nowhere near as significant. Nevertheless, professional teams compete in various events, so let’s go over some of the most popular players.

Ksenia “vilga” Klyuenkova

The first name on the list is none other than vilga, one of the best female riflers in the game. Vilga has a long history because she was a part of numerous teams, even in CS 1.6. That said, she became way more popular once CSGO arrived.

Ksenia played for loads of teams, including the likes of Virtus.Pro Female, ACES Female, Team Secret, and more. When writing, she is a part of Nigma Galaxy Female.  The latter is one of the best teams in the world because it won multiple events in 2022. For example, NGX became first at the ESL Impact Valencia 2022 and won $50,000.

Vilga is one of the world’s most experienced professional CSGO players and one of the big reasons why this game is so popular among female players. She had the chance to play multiple roles, but at the time of writing this, she is Nigma Galaxy Femail’s entry fragger.

Zainab “zAAz” Turkie

The second name on the list is zAAz, another professional CSGO player with more than 19 years of experience. According to the official information, zAAz had a professional team back in 2005, which is impressive, to say the least.

In terms of CSGO, she was a part of many big teams, such as Team Alternate Female, Team Secret, Team Originame, and more. Sadly, the legendary player decided to retire in 2021, which means her last team is XSET.

Unsurprisingly, the 31-year-old rifler won numerous important events over the years. Aside from the IEM Challenge Katowice (which she won 3 times), zAAz also competed in many other competitions.

Julia “juliano” Kiran

The next name on the list is also retired from CSGO. However, instead of moving to another industry, juliano decided to become a professional VALORANT player. The 28-year-old Swedish player had a glamorous CSGO career because she was a part of many top-tier teams.

Before ending her career, she played for RES Gaming, Team Secret, WRTP, XSET, etc. She had the chance to play alongside the best players in the world, which explains why she won many significant events. According to some data, juliano won a total of  $50K, which is not that much compared to some of the best male CSGO players.

Benita “bENITA” Novshadian

This is yet another professional CSGO player that decided to stop playing in favor of pursuing a career in VALORANT. The American superstar was a part of a couple of top CSGO teams. However, unlike other names on the list, she came “online” relatively late – back in 2015.

bENITA played for several big names in NA, including Counter Logic Gaming Red. Even though she won many big events, her last major success was in 2019, when she and her team won the WESG 2019 Female North America championship.

Diane “di^” Tran

After including some of the most popular riflers in the game, it is time to share a few words about one of the top-tier AWPers. Diane “di^” Tran is a 27-year-old ex-CSGO player that spent more than 7 years playing for the same club – CLG Red.

Her team has always been one of the forces that others reckon with, which explains why it won many events. For example, the team finished first at DreamHack Showdown Winter 2020 and in the summer version of the tournament in North America.

Mounira “GooseBreeder” Dobie

Even though many of the famous female CSGO players decided to move to Valorant, a few are still active. One of them is the rifler and in-game leader of Counter Logic Gaming Red, one of the big names in North America.

The Canadian player started her professional career in 2015 when she joined UBINITED. After spending some time there, she moved to Team Karma, followed by Selfless Gaming Female. The latter allowed her to shine, which gave her access to Team Dignitas Female.

Sadly, she only spent one year there and decided to move to CLG Red. This happened in 2018, and she’s been a part of the team ever since.

Amanda “rain” Smith

Similar to zAAz, rain is one of the female CSGO players that is no longer a part of the professional scene, at least not as a player. The Canadian rifler was a part of several big names, including Dignitas Female. In fact, she spent more than 3 years there, which allowed her to win a lot of big events, including the Intel Challenge Katowice 2019.

Stephanie “missharvey” Harvey

The last name on the list is probably one of the most recognizable nicknames in CSGO. Stephanie is a 36-year-old ex-player from Canada whose career started in 2004.  Needless to say, she was a part of many top teams, including SK Ladies, CLG Red, and LiVID Gaming.

Speaking of the devil, missharvey is also a famous coach and has helped many female CSGO players achieve their dreams.
