Skadoodle And JDM64 Return To Action For Team USA In IEM Dallas Showmatch

Tyler “Skadoodle” Latham and Josh “jdm64” Marzano will represent the American team in the IEM Dallas 2023 Showmatch

The highly anticipated IEM Dallas showmatch lineups have been unveiled, revealing an intense face-off between USA and The Universe at the renowned Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.

The match will take place before ENCE and MOUZ take the stage to battle it out for IEM Dallas 2023 glory. The champions will make $100,000 in prize money and get a direct invite to the IEM Cologne.

In the upcoming best-of-one match, fans can anticipate the presence of Tyler ‘Skadoodle’ Latham, a former Cloud9 player who achieved a Major victory. Skadoodle’s inclusion in the USA lineup was previously hinted at during the competition. Alongside him, Josh ‘jdm64′ Marzano will also proudly represent their country, showcasing their skills and wearing national colors.

After a hiatus of more than four years from HLTV-featured matches, these two remarkable snipers are set to make a triumphant return. Anticipation builds as their Sunday stage appearance is sure to captivate the enthusiastic home crowd.

Nick “nitr0” Cannella, the revered captain of Team Liquid who has decided to step down from the team, and Michael “Grim” Wince, representing Complexity who experienced premature exits in the Texas tournament due to defeats against ENCE and Cloud9, will join their fellow countrymen in the server.

As The Universe roster gears up for their match in Dallas, they can count on the presence of Owen “smooya” Butterfield. With previous showmatch experience, including the BLAST.tv Paris Major in May and a charity game supporting the Ukrainian Charity Fund in October, the 23-year-old adds another impressive event to his résumé.

Keith “NAF” Markovic and Aran “Sonic” Groesbeek will also team up with The Universe for the IEM Dallas event. NAF, who excelled as the top-rated player in Liquid’s 9-12th place run in Texas, and Sonic, who acted as a substitute for Håkon “hallzerk” Fjærli due to visa complications, add their skills and versatility to the squad.

Tres “stunna” Saranthus, who formerly managed the likes of compLexity and Cloud9, will take charge of Team USA. Former MIBR and FaZe Clan boss Janko “YNk” Paunović, on the other hand, will coach the Team Universe side.
