PUBG update 2.13; no new content, fixes expected

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) released the update yesterday, July 5.

This update is for both the PC and console versions of the game.

According to PUBG Corp., this update will not bring anything major for the players and that it will focus more on minor bug fixes.

[PC] Similar to last week, we’ll be deploying a minor update in just under 24 hours to optimize some backend systems.

There will be no server downtime required.

In case you missed it, the game recently released patch 18.1 last month which included map changes, new items, among others.

Furthermore, this update shall also fix the reported issues for the Netenho Scar-L .

[PC & Console] We’ll be deploying a hotfix early next week to resolve an issue that caused the magazine of the Netenho Scar-L skin to have part of the skin applied to it.

There will be no downtime required. We’ll provide an update once the hotfix is deployed.
