A report delineates that an 11-year-old boy killed himself in Bhopal on Wednesday. Allegedly, the boy was addicted to the online battle royale game Free Fire developed by Garena. While such self-destruction cases are on the horizon among the kids, the Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra has announced that the MP government is going to introduce Online Games Act to regulate all online games.

To ban dangerous online games for children like ‘Free Fire’, the state government is soon going to bring Online Games Act. The draft of the new law is almost ready and will be materialised soon.

According to the parents, Suryansh was a fifth-standard student who was heavily addicted to Free Fire. They also reported that Suryansh was watching a movie with his cousin. Later his cousin left the room and he was found hanging on a rope. Even though he was immediately admitted to a hospital, he was proclaimed dead.

However, this is not the first case. Last year Madhya Pradesh government filed an FIR under Section 305 of IPC against the Free Fire developers as a 13-year-old boy committed suicide in Chhatarpur. Inside his suicide note, he wrote that he lost around INR 40,000 in Free Fire.
