Iceiceice And Sumail Join Team Secret

Team Secret have made their moves before the start of DPC.

Secret have kept a low profile during the roster shuffles. After losing Lasse Aukusti “MATUMBAMAN” Urpalainen and Ludwig “zai” Wåhlberg, their team had some major gaps to fill before the start of next season. Addition of Daryl Koh “iceiceice” Pei Xiang and Syed Sumail “SumaiL” Hassan takes care of it.

Iceiceice in the offlane

Iceiceice brings in a new flavor to Secret’s gameplay. He has lots of experience with different roles, but the offlane is where he currently shines the most. On top of that, he’s versatile and provides all the tools which Team Secret desires from an offlane player. He is also a streamer and can provide engaging content for Secret.

The 31-year-old shared his thoughts on the move;

“Pretty excited to be playing with Secret. It’s a perfect lineup for my play style, and Puppey has always been someone I’ve wanted to play with for the last 10 years. I love camels and I can’t wait to be punched by Puppey.”

Iceiceice came very close to winning AniMajor with Evil Geniuses. However, The International 10 was a big disappointment for the American side. Hopefully, Secret is a well-suited team for Daryl.

The King returns mid

SumaiL will finally play his natural role. He was carrying out the position one role during his tenure at OG to make space for Topias Miikka “Topson” Taavitsainen in the mid lane. However, in Team Secret, he can play aggressively and adapt to the new teammates and their playing style quite quickly. SumaiL had quite the experience at OG and was playing decent enough to go through the elimination stage. Unfortunately, the round three defeat in the Lower-Brackets of the competition forced OG out. Team Secret is the king’s new opportunity to take on the best and win.

With Michał “Nisha” Jankowski moving to the carry role, Clement “Puppey” Ivanov playing hard support and Yazied “YapzOr” Jaradat continuing with the team, Secret have a solid lineup going into the new season.
