Call of Duty: Vanguard has innovated Call of Duty, returning to the Modern Warfare engine and taking full advantage of it. One major addition comes in the form of an FOV slider, allowing console players to increase their FOV and see more information during the match. But what are the best settings?
Best Console FOV Settings
When it comes to console players, a field of view between 95 – 105 seems to be the sweet spot. This allows you to see a lot more than you usually would with the standard 80, but doesn’t push it too far so that you drop frames and suffer with performance.
To change your FOV, head to the graphics settings and move the slider to your desired FOV level.
Best FOV for Mouse and Keyboard
For mouse and keyboard players, we recommend an FOV between 105 and 115. This is because mouse and keyboard players can aim more accurately than controller players, allowing you to swipe onto targets with ease, meaning the higher FOV gives a great advantage allowing you to see more.
