Week two of the LCO Split 2 playoffs, and if we get anything close to the competitive matchups of last week’s finals openers, fans will be spoiled once more this Monday and Tuesday.
First up, a winners bracket matchup that has “thriller” written all over it.
The indomitable Chiefs, who are currently cruising through this split as they chase a perfect undefeated season, take on an old Split 1 enemy in Order.
It’s an Order line-up who have more than just a potential spot at Worlds on the line; with the organisation folding last week, even with a successful LCO playoff campaign their futures are well and truly up in the air.
They’ll have to focus up if they want to take down The Chiefs on Monday night.
Then on Tuesday, our elimination match. Pentanet will be ruing missing their chance to book a spot at DreamHack last week, and they’ll have to make up for it this week against Kanga.
Kanga’s late season resurgence was all about making it to DreamHack. They’ve done the hard yards thus far, but their biggest test awaits. Can the LCO debutants finish top three in their maiden season in OCE’s top flight?

LCO 2022 Split 2 Rosters
Split 2 sees widespread changes to our LCO crews.
MSI representatives Order saw a change in the jungle following Shane “Kevy” Allen’s departure to North America, picking up Jeong “Goodo” Min-jae from Dire Wolves.
While Kevy departs, Vincent “Violet” Wong returns from Golden Guardians Academy and will take up the starting bot lane position at Peace alongside the squad’s former coach Vincent “gunkrab” Lin.
Other teams saw a mixed bag of changes; Dire Wolves will feature four new members of the Wolf Pack, while Pentanet will start Split 2 exactly as they ended.
