Week two of the LCO Split 2 playoffs has concluded with heartbreak for fan favourites Kanga, as Pentanet reassured the LCO their road to Worlds wasn’t ending anytime soon.
Pentanet swept comeback kings Kanga 3-0 to book the final spot at DreamHack and a top three finish for the split.
For Kanga, it’s a tough end to a season that has seen them bounce back from the brink of LCO elimination time and time again.
Pentanet will meet Order in Friday week’s preliminary final at Margaret Court Arena following their 0-3 loss to The Chiefs, who will skip earlier proceedings and proceed to Championship Sunday.
The Chiefs are now just a series sweep away from a flawless LCO split and a spot at Worlds in North America — a spot that has all but been locked in for the boys in blue and white for the majority of the split.

LCO 2022 Split 2 Rosters
Split 2 sees widespread changes to our LCO crews.
MSI representatives Order saw a change in the jungle following Shane “Kevy” Allen’s departure to North America, picking up Jeong “Goodo” Min-jae from Dire Wolves.
While Kevy departs, Vincent “Violet” Wong returns from Golden Guardians Academy and will take up the starting bot lane position at Peace alongside the squad’s former coach Vincent “gunkrab” Lin.
Other teams saw a mixed bag of changes; Dire Wolves will feature four new members of the Wolf Pack, while Pentanet will start Split 2 exactly as they ended.
