LCO 2022 Split 2, and the league’s competitors see sweeping changes as OCE’s best line up for a spot at Worlds. Who will be crowned as the LCO champions and represent the region at the pinnacle of League of Legends?
- Kanga’s resurgence halted with 0-2 week
- Peace, Pentanet holding on to third as Order, DW open gap
- Gravitas’ woes continue at 0-15
The stakes only go up from here as we reach the business end of the LCO Split 2 regulation season.
The Chiefs (15-0) simply cannot be stopped, and are odds-on favourites to sweep their way to OCE’s spot at Worlds, with Order (10-5) now five games back.
While Dire Wolves (9-6) sit one game behind the Split 1 champs, their head-to-head record over those just below them has been bolstered with wins last week over both Pentanet (8-7) and Peace (8-7).
Three weeks, and thus six games remain for our playoff hopefuls in Kanga (6-9) and Mammoth (4-11) who are battling to catch that top five.
Kanga have the best shot at cracking playoffs, with three of their remaining six games against teams below them on the ladder. For Mammoth, they’d need numerous results out of their control to go their way to make it.
For seasonal punching bags Gravitas (0-15), it’ll be a miracle if they manage a single win in what has been a downright dismal and embarrassing season to forget.

LCO 2022 Split 2 Rosters
Split 2 sees widespread changes to our LCO crews.
MSI representatives Order saw a change in the jungle following Shane “Kevy” Allen’s departure to North America, picking up Jeong “Goodo” Min-jae from Dire Wolves.
While Kevy departs, Vincent “Violet” Wong returns from Golden Guardians Academy and will take up the starting bot lane position at Peace alongside the squad’s former coach Vincent “gunkrab” Lin.
Other teams saw a mixed bag of changes; Dire Wolves will feature four new members of the Wolf Pack, while Pentanet will start Split 2 exactly as they ended.
