During the last couple of months, FaZe established themselves as one of the best CS2 teams in the world. The international squad has an incredible record in the new game, winning three of the five events they attended, and coming second in the remaining two.

Before the Play-in stage taking place, no one expected Rebels to come even remotely close to qualifying for the IEM Katowice main draw. However, shock victories and a fortunate draw allowed the Poles to do the impossible and advance further.
Their journey began with a surprising win against a poor-playing Cloud9. Even with that result, not many people thought that Rebels could capitalize and win another series. After a devastating loss to Eternal Fire, the Poles bounced back against M80 and booked themselves a spot in the IEM Katowice group stage.
Now Rebels will get the chance to test their skills against some of the best teams in the world, starting with FaZe in their opening matchup.
