Rundown
- 8 teams compete in Group Stage between the 7th and 9th of June
- From there, the top six teams will advance to the Playoffs, which take place from the 9th to the 11th of June.
Group Stage
Kicking off the competition is a set of double-elimination format (GSL) groups like previous BLAST Premier events.
With each team featuring BO3 matches, the four teams will be doing their best to try and place in the top 3. From each group, here’s how seeding into the Playoffs will take place:
- Group Winners – advance to Semifinals
- Group Runners-Up – advance to Quarterfinals as the High Seeds
- Group Stage Third Place – advance to the Quarterfinals as the Low Seeds
Playoffs
Once in the Playoffs, the final six teams will have to compete through a single elimination bracket. This means that teams have one lifeline to try and stay in the competition.
By the end of the competition, we’ll have a new BLAST Premier champion, earning a seed for the BLAST World Final.
