You can activate different skills to deal with a number of enemy heroes at close and long-range in combat with Clockwerk. These abilities require less mana and can be used throughout the game to hunt for enemy heroes and assist your team in ambushing your enemies.

The Strength hero can launch a Hookshot using his ulti to latch onto enemy heroes from incredibly far off distances. His ulti, Hookshot, can be used to stun enemy heroes for up to 2 seconds and deal 275 damage to them in battles. A maxed out Hookshot has a total cast range of 3000 and allows Clockwerk to reach his opponents from hidden locations on the map. Hookshot has a cooldown of 30 seconds and consumes 150 mana to be used per cast.

You can go mid with Clockwerk to level up faster in the game. The mid lane provides plenty of creeps per wave to help you gain more experience with Clockwerk during the first few minutes of Dota 2. You can farm more gold in the mid lane and level up quickly to unlock Clockwerk’s ulti, Hookshot, before the game hits the 10-minute mark.

Once you have Hookshot unlocked for Clockwerk at level 6, you can move from lane to lane in search of enemy heroes to grab onto. Players can have a close watch on the top lane and the bottom lane while farming in the mid lane with Clockwerk for easy chances of annihilating enemy heroes in the game.

You can shoot Rocket Flare using Clockwerk from the mid lane to explore different locations on the map with the Strength hero. Clockwerk can cast Battery Assault every 18 seconds and consumes 90 mana in the game.

The cast range of Hookshot will let Clockwerk enter battles at will to destroy his opponents. Make sure you have adequate mana to use plenty of Rocket Flares before a battle to gain vision over the enemy units on the map.
