Playing 8 matches will provide 2 stars and completing 15 matches will give you 3 stars for the As You Like It challenge during Week 9. You can choose these heroes for an easy time playing Dota 2 matches.

Bane

Bane prepares for battle

Bane is an Intelligence hero who can disable his enemies and paralyze them with fear. The ranged hero can use his abilities to drain the health of his foes and put them to sleep in the middle of battles. A majority of his spells deal Pure damage, making him an exceptional hero to accomplish the As You Like It Weekly Quest during Week 9.

The support hero has 640 HP and 339 mana when the game begins. He has well-rounded base stats of 22 Intelligence, 22 Strength, and 22 Agility. Bane gains 2.5 Intelligence per level as he levels up. He has a base armor of 4.7 that can reduce the amount of damage he takes from creeps and enemy heroes in the game.

If you’re new to playing Bane, you can take the off lane to level up without taking much damage. The Ring of Basilius is a good starting item for Bane and costs 425 gold. Bane receives 1.5 mana regeneration per second with Ring of Basilius in his inventory. Allies around Bane in a 1200 radius have their mana regeneration rate increased by 1. You can upgrade Ring of Basilius to Veil of Discord after farming in the lane.

Brain Sap is the most lethal spell that Bane can use throughout the game. You can max out Brain Sap before the match hits the 10-minute mark to harass enemies in the lane. Brain Sap can deal up to 300 Pure damage that pierces through the armor of enemies. Bane is healed for 300 health every time he casts Brain Sap.

You can use Brain Sap every 11 seconds in the game and the spell consumes 160 mana. The cooldown of Brain Sap can be reduced by 3 seconds by reaching level 15 through the Talent Tree. You can increase the damage and heal of Brain Sap by 200 at level 25.

Aether Lens can provide 300 mana to Bane. The item costs 2275 gold and increases the mana regeneration rate of Bane by 2.5. Aether Lens also increases the cast range of his spells by 225. You can cast several Brain Saps in the lane without emptying your mana pool by equipping Aether Lens while playing Bane. Aether Lens can be upgraded to Octarine Core to reduce the cooldown of all spells and items of Bane by 25%.

Bane can use Nightmare to put his opponents to sleep immediately. Many people take at least one level of Nightmare to be able to escape from near-death situations by putting enemy units to sleep for 4 seconds. Nightmare can extend the sleep duration to 7 seconds at level 4 and deals up to 35 Pure damage per second (DPS).

You can cast Nightmare once every 15 seconds. It needs 165 mana and has a cast range of 650. The DPS dealt by Nightmare can be made to heal Bane by reaching level 10. You can also decrease the cooldown of Nightmare by 3 seconds by reaching level 15 through the Talent Tree.

The Intelligence hero can be an effective counter to enemy heroes with high attack damage and healing factors. You can use Enfeeble on enemy heroes to reduce their attack damage and health regeneration by up to 60%. It also reduces the cast range of enemies by up to 30%. Enfeeble can last for 11 seconds. It has a cooldown of 7 seconds and requires 70 mana.

Fiend’s Grip, Bane’s ulti, can be used to hold enemy heroes in place for up to 6 seconds. Enemies affected by Fiend’s Grip will not be able to move, attack, or cast spells. Bane’s ulti deals 150 Pure damage to opponents. It has a cooldown of 100 seconds and consumes 400 mana. Fiend’s Grip also drains the mana of its target by 5%.

You can increase the duration of Fiend’s Grip by 5 seconds through the Talent Tree at level 25. Dota 2 players can use Glimmer Cape to turn invisible while channeling Fiend’s Grip. Glimmer Cape costs 1950 gold and can be activated to become invisible for 5 seconds. Bane will also gain bonus magic resistance by equipping Glimmer Cape.

Nightmare and Fiend’s Grip can be used to interrupt enemy heroes while they are channeling their abilities. It can be used against carry heroes who have farmed their core items. You can use Enfeeble and Fiend’s Grip to prevent enemy heroes like Spectre and Alchemist from going on a rampage.

Bane is a great choice to play with while attempting the As You Like It Weekly Quest during Week 9 with the Battle Pass 2022. You can play a few games with Bane to get the hang of his abilities and master his timing in battles to lead your team to victory.

Disruptor

Disruptor nukes heroes with Thunder Strike

Disruptor is a support hero who can limit the movement of his enemies during team fights. The Intelligence hero can use his skills to teleport enemies into traps that silence them. You can play Disruptor to help your team secure battles and finish the As You Like It Weekly Quest during Week 9.

The Intelligence hero has a 625 range on his physical attacks that let him farm from a safe distance. He can use his range to deny enemy creeps and prevent enemy heroes from gaining gold and experience. He has an increased projectile speed of 1200 that allows him to cast his abilities with ease during battles.

The ranged hero has base health of 620 and base mana of 315. He has base stats of 20 Intelligence, 21 Strength, and 15 Agility. Disruptor gains 2.9 Intelligence per level. You can buy a Null Talisman at the start of the game to boost the Intelligence of Disruptor.

Null Talisman will grant 5 Intelligence, 2 Strength, 2 Agility, and 0.75 mana regeneration to Disruptor. The item costs 505 gold in the game and upgrades to Null Talisman 2 after the game completes 25 minutes. Null Talisman 2 will double the stats the original item provides to its users.

You can use Thunder Strike to punish enemies in the lane with Disruptor. Thunder Strike can deal up to 110 damage per strike and hits targets 4 times. It also strikes opponents around the target in a 240 radius. Enemy units hit by Thunder Strike have their movement speed and attack speed slowed by 100% for 0.1 seconds.

Thunder Strike has a cooldown of 9 seconds and consumes 140 mana. You can increase the damage dealt by Thunder Strike and the number of hits per cast through the Talent Tree. Players can also buy an Aghanim’s Shard to grant allies around the target a movement speed boost and attack speed boost for 1.5 seconds. The Aghanim’s Shard will increase the radius of Thunder Strike to 450.

You can use Kinetic Field to trap multiple enemies in a 350 radius for 4.4 seconds. Disruptor can use Glimpse to teleport enemy heroes into a Kinetic Field at will. Kinetic Field has a cooldown of 10 seconds and requires 70 mana. You can reduce the cooldown of Kinetic Field and increase its duration through the Talent Tree.

Most players who play Disruptor use his ulti, Static Storm, right after using Kinetic Field. Static Storm can deal up to 350 DPS for 6 seconds in a 500 radius. Enemy units standing inside the Static Storm will be silenced, making Disruptor effective in shutting down enemies who can nuke your allies. Static Storm has a cooldown of 70 seconds and needs 225 mana.

The support hero can purchase Mekansm for 1775 gold. Mekansm can be used to heal allies in a 1200 radius for 275 health. The item has a cooldown of 50 seconds and consumes 100 mana. You can upgrade Mekansm into Guardian Greaves to increase the health and mana restored to your teammates. You can play a couple of games as Disruptor to complete the As You Like It Weekly Quest in Week 9 with the Battle Pass 2022.
