The Wii U had some fantastic games but that alone did not transpire into good sales for Nintendo’s ill-fated home console. We now know the top ten best-selling Wii U games in the United States from data supplied from video games sales tracker the NPD Group. Super Smash Bros Wii U is unsurprisingly the No.1 game and Mario Kart 8 is at No.2 (the Switch version is the best-selling Nintendo Switch game since the system launched in 2017) and six out of the top ten Wii U best-sellers are already available on the Nintendo Switch.
