It may have seemed weird and random enough as it was that Nintendo had released a brand new firmware update for the Nintendo 3DS handheld late last month. Well, not only did Nintendo do that very thing, but they decided to do it yet again earlier tonight.
Nintendo has released another firmware update for the 3DS. If you update it, the version should be at 1.16.0-49U. As with the last update, however, it’s unsurprisingly a very small one. The only thing Nintendo says in the patch notes is that “further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience”.
