THQ Nordic has announced a surprise release for Risen as it is now available on the Nintendo Switch eShop. The action RPG was originally released in 2009 for the Xbox 360 console and PC. While the Xbox 360 port was criticised, the PC version received good reviews and currently has a 9/10 rating with over 5,000 reviews on Steam. A physical version of Risen is also now available on Amazon and GameStop in the USA. Here’s what the story is about along with short new trailer showcasing the Nintendo Switch version.
