You may recall that Nintendo had officially announced that the second DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet, Indigo Disk, would be releasing on December 14th. Of course, when the release of a new wave of DLC occurs, it usually coincides with an update to the base game.
Well, Nintendo has released The Indigo Disk DLC tonight. The new content also comes with an update to the base games, bringing them to version 3.0.0. Most of the update, according to the patch notes, focuses on fixing bugs and making some gameplay adjustments. You can see the patch notes in full down below.
Release of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero Part 2: The Indigo Disk for Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet

Feature Adjustments
- The difficulty of the Ogre Oustin’ minigame has been adjusted.
Bug Fixes
- We have fixed a bug that resulted in the Hospitality Ability causing unintended behavior in certain situations.
- The effects of the Protosynthesis and Quark Drive Abilities will no longer occur while the Neutralizing Gas Ability is in effect.
- Other select bug fixes have been implemented.
