It has only been a couple of weeks since the third wave of DLC was released for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Since then, there hasn’t been much news from Nintendo. Nevertheless, as with every major content update, there is a possibility that some bugs may have appeared in the game.
Well, Nintendo has been aware of this. In fact, the company has released a brand new update tonight. Once you update Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, the game should be at version 2.2.1. As for the patch notes, they only mention a couple of bug fixes. You can see the patch notes in full down below.
Fixed Issues
- Fixed issue where, when playing online in Berlin Byways, the image would get choppy.
- Fixed issue where, when playing in London Loop, player is carried in by Lakitu after falling off of course and they were not returned to the appropriate location.
