Japan: PlayStation 5 outsells Switch this week, but Mario is No.1

The latest video game boxed-software and hardware charts have come through from The Land of the Rising Sun. The best-selling physical video game this week is Super Mario Bros. Wonder though it was a close battle between the Italian plumber and Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased his Name. The best-selling hardware was Sony’s PlayStation 5 console which sold 107,953 units while the Nintendo Switch family of systems shifted 79,147 units. Here’s the best-sellers for the week of 6th November, 2023 to 12th November, 2023.
