The latest boxed video game software and hardware charts are now in from Japan for the week of 17th January, 2022 to 23rd January, 2022. To no one’s surprise, it is the Nintendo Switch family of systems which are the best-selling video game hardware this week shifting an additional 77,219 units. The best-selling video game was once again Mario Party Superstars which is very likely to be dethroned in next week’s charts due to the arrival of the highly-anticipated new Pokemon game, Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
