The latest boxed-software and hardware charts have come through from Japanese sales tracker Famitsu for the week of 12th December, 2022 to 18th December, 2022. As you may have guessed, the Nintendo Switch family of systems remain the best-selling hardware for Japanese consumers shifting an additional 173,083 units. Sonyseems to have provided more stock of PlayStation 5 consoles in the land of the rising sun as sales jumped this week with 70,496 PlayStation 5 units sold. On the software side of things it is still Pokemon Scarlet & Violet at No.1, selling an extra 260,784 retail copies this week. Here’s the best-sellers in Japan:
